Sentimental Sunday's Challenge #61

I haven't entered a challenge over at Sentimental Sundays yet, but they look great! This week we had to create a project using our Country's colors of our flag.
I did an altered frame for my Stepfather. He is a U.S. Navy Veteran and I am so proud of his service to our Country. This is also a belated Father's Day gift as he and my mom were vacationing in the Bahamas that week.
I used the Stand and Salute Cartridge for the stars, Navy hat and word art. The two sentiments are from PBD "Red, White, and Blue" stamp set. I have wanted this one for awhile, it came just in time for the 4th of July.
I Modged Podged the designs on the frame and used my IRock Tool to give it a little something extra.

This is really cute and you have added more inspiration for the Stand and Salute Cartridge, which I keep putting off in getting. Thank you for joining our Patriotic challenge at Sentimental Sundays.
