Throwback Thursday Challenge!

This week's challenge is to use an older cartridge and the colors green and yellow. I am so glad spring is here (even though it has rained a bunch this weekend; but sunny today!) so I thought I would use the Preserves Cartridge for the lemon and the tag shape. I used my 40% coupon at Joannes to purchase the Preserves Cuttlebug Companion Folders to emboss the frame around the green paper. Paper is from Recollections, a little distressed ink, lemon brads, some ribbon, EK Success Label Punch,Peachy Keen "Wide Eyed Kids" Set and of course Emma's Stamp Set: "Turn That Frown Upside Down".

Let's Face it Friday

Yeah, another challenge from Peachy Keen Stamps! These stamps really are amazing, just love the possibilities. This challenge has to include Peachy Keen Stamps with a Mother's Day Theme.
I decided to use my From My Kitchen Cartridge to create something a little retro. Kept the card pretty simple using the images with shadows, a scallop punch, Martha Stewart Border punch, EK Success Label punch, and the sentiment is from Emma's Mom You Rock Stamp Set.

Let's Face it Friday Challenge #10

This week's challenge is to create a spring time gift using Peachy Keen Face stamps. I decided to make a little treat bag using Tags, Bags, Boxes and More cut Fit-to-page (5 1/2"). I used the shadow feature so there wouldn't be any extra holes. The butterfly is from Create a Critter cut at 2 1/2". I cut all layers and shadow. I used some nestabilities scallop ovals for the background on the bag. The faces are from the Princess Face asst. (using the smallest stamp). I added some stickles, primas, white gel pen and glue dots. Most of the paper was just some I had laying around!
