Summer Wedding Decor for Exploring Cricut

Good morning and happy Friday to all of you! What are your weekend plans? If it involves crafting I will be happy...

For today's post over at Exploring Cricut I am sharing with you all some wedding decor. These projects were actually created for the rehearsal dinner which was an outdoor get together.

I used the Tie the Knot and Sweethearts Cartridges to create these cute little goodies and decor.

First up:
Paper straws. It's amazing what you can do with some ovals, scallop ovals, computer and printer. I created the "Eat, Drink & Be Married" sentiment in Word and printed them out and used an oval Nestabilities to cut them out. Punched a couple of holes and added them to the paper straws.

Of course I couldn't leave the buckets plain... so that's where the Sweethearts  Cartridge come in...
There is a tag feature with some darling "couple" silhouettes, so I chose several and cut them out at 4.0"

Next the goodies... I used little Kraft bags, punches and the sentiment is from Paper Trey Ink's Favor it Wedding Stamp Set. Each bag has a couple of Andes mints inside so the little "mint to be" was too cute to resist. I finished each bag with a twine bow.

Again, the little buckets were decorated with the silhouettes.

I also decorated a couple of more tins using the Tie the Knot Cartridge. It also has a tag feature that cut beautifully.
One tin held the "wedlibs" (a wedding form of Madlibs) and the other some napkins.

Hoping you will take a minute to pop on over to Exploring Cricut for some daily crafty projects all relating to our Cricut Machines.

Thank you so much for stopping by...
